Article 1 - Webshop
1.1. The webshop is registered with the Chamber of Commerce and pays its legal contribution to the Tax Authorities. On our website you can find our Chamber of Commerce number and VAT number. You will also find our contact details there.
1.2. Our webshop is provided with an SLL Certificate. This means that we meet all legal requirements with regard to the protection of your personal data and payment data. We strive for continuous improvement of the security of your data. In the event of abuse by hackers, we will report this to the police.
1.3. We never provide your personal data to third parties. If we provide your personal data to third parties, we will always request your permission in advance.
1.4. We are obliged to report this to the police if there is a suspicion of abuse or fraud.
1.5. We strive to provide you with excellent service at all times. If you have any doubts about purchasing a product, our staff will be happy to help.

Article 2 - Reflection time and return policy
2.1. You have fourteen days to change your mind. If you wish to cancel your purchase within this period, you must contact us via [email protected]. Always state your order number. We ask you to return the product to be returned to us. The shipping costs for returning a product are for the account of the customer. Within fourteen days after we have received the product, the amount paid by you will be refunded to the account number used for the purchase.
2.2. Products that are returned to us must be undamaged and have the original, undamaged packaging.
2.3. Due to hygiene, you can only return our Plaster-Maxx plasters when the original packaging has not arrived.
Article 3 - The agreement
3.1. The agreement between the web store and customer is final when the customer has made a payment. After the cooling-off period of fourteen days has passed and payment has been received by the web store, the customer has become the owner of the product concerned.
3.2. The agreement was concluded electronically, by completing the required fields and agreeing to the general terms and conditions.
3.3. As a customer, you are obliged to fulfill your payment obligation. If you have not paid an invoice within the payment term, a reminder will follow. If, after various reminders, you have still not paid the claim, we will hand over the collection to a collection agency. When you act on behalf of a legal person you must be authorized to sign. If you are not authorized to sign, the obligation applies to you privately.
3.4. After you have made a purchase, you will receive a written confirmation of your purchase by e-mail.
3.5. The delivery of products abroad can take longer than a delivery in the Netherlands. The costs that are charged for shipping to an address abroad are visible to you when you purchase the product.
Article 4 - The price
4.1. The prices listed on our webshop always include the VAT rate in the Netherlands. The costs that have to be paid for sending the product are visible when you have added the product to your shopping cart.
4.2. If you authorize us to automatically debit an amount from your account number, you are required to provide us with a correct account number. Abuse or fraud is punished and reported to the authorities that must be aware of this. In addition, a report is made to the police.
4.3. The price stated with the product on the website cannot change during your purchase. You pay the amount that is visible with the product and what is also confirmed to you, if you electronically agree to the purchase. The purchase price is stated again. An exception to this is the use of a discount or promotion code.
4.4. If you purchase a product during a period in which no promotion applies, you will not be eligible for a discount afterwards.
Article 5 - Complaints and warranty
5.1. Complaints about the delivery must in the first instance be reported to us by e-mail. Our employees respond as quickly as possible. We will then contact the relevant delivery person regarding the delivery of the product.
5.2. Complaints about the product itself must also be reported to us in writing. These will be answered as quickly as possible. Describe your complaint as specific as possible.
5.3. The handling of a complaint is always in writing. Our aim is to provide you with excellent service at all times.
5.4. A warranty applies to every product that we deliver to you. How long this guarantee lasts depends entirely on the product. A five-year warranty applies to most products. If this is different, you can read this in the terms and conditions. If you discover a defect or defect upon delivery at one of our items, we request that you report this to us within 48 hours of delivery.
5.5. If the product breaks down within the warranty period, we will ensure that you do not suffer any financial damage. However, this does not apply if there is intent, intentional damage or damage due to incorrect use. Any costs for sending goods to us are not always covered by the warranty. We also kindly request you to contact your insurance company if the damage occurs after the warranty period. It is possible to claim this on the household insurance. For both situations, there is no guarantee without a receipt.
5.6 When there is abuse of our warranty service (for example, the incorrect reporting of a defect in one of our products) we are forced to take measures.
