SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping of orders over € 20 is free (Worldwide). For shipping orders under € 20 we charge € 5 (Worldwide). For the shipment of the ViViBo outside of Europe we request to get in touch with us so we can advice according to your destination.
DELIVERY TIME
We try our best to ensure that you receive your order within 3 working days (Europe). If we cannot deliver your order in time, we will inform you of this.
ORDER STATUS
When we have received your order you will receive an order confirmation. As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email from DPD (delivery service) containing your Track & Trace code. With this code you can track your package.
NOT HOME
Are you not home during the delivery attempt? No problem, DPD will try to deliver your package to your neighbours or to a parcel shop nearby. DPD will inform you of this by e-mail and / or letter in your letterbox.
PACKAGE NOT DELIVERED
Is your package not delivered within 3 working days and does the Track & Trace code not provide clarity? Do not hesitate to contact us via. [email protected], so we can work out a solution.
