The following products have a 5 year warranty period: Vitaly Med Flexi, Vitaly Med Soft, ViViBo. Warranty does not apply on customized adjustments.
SERVICE
Is your product broken within the warranty period? Contact us at [email protected], so we can ensure you will receive a working product as soon as possible.
RETURN
You have fourteen days to change your mind. If you wish to cancel your purchase within this period, you must contact us via [email protected]. Please state your ordernumber. Please note that this only applies to online purchases.
RETURN COSTS
Shipment costs for a return are for the account of the customer.
REFUND
When we have received your return in good order we will refund your total amount of purchase on the same bancaccount as used for the order.
